See You There!

I'm super nervous for tomorrow. I'm super worried about tomorrow's job. Why? Because this is my first time doing sales and honestly, I'm not a sales material. =(

But, no matter what, I will do my best. I'll take this as a new experience and learn from it. Please do pray for me tomorrow.

Btw, just want to give some infos here. I'm in the Toshiba team where I'll be selling Toshiba laptops. So, do look out for me tomorrow at the red Toshiba booth. There'll be stocks there so, you can Cash&Carry. Besides, we do have the Easy Payment plan where credit card owners can split the money into 12 fractions and pay each month with 0% of interest. This applies to all the banks (Ambank, EON, OCBC, HSBC, RHB, MBB & PBB) except Standard Chartered which imposes some procession fees. (Note that so far, only we have Easy Payment plan for credit cards by HSBC) Cool eh? Lol~

Toshiba had earned the BCN No.1 ranking every year in unit sales of Notebook PCs for the Japanese Market for the past 3 years. Toshiba offers quite a lot of good laptops in the market now. For students, I will definitely recommend Toshiba Satellite L310-S416 which has a Genuine Windows Vista Home Basic Edition installed, 4GB RAM (after free upgrade of 2GB) and best of all, 320GB of HDD. Even my current laptop doesn't have that! If I don't have a laptop now, I will definitely opt for this. Besides this, we also have Satellite M300, the ultra-portable Portege A600 and Protege M800 which is in my favourite colour, pink! There are also other good laptop models there. To know more, do take a look at these.

So, what are you all waiting for? See you there at the PC Fair, Miri Indoor Stadium (17th - 19th April)!!!

Btw, will I get my commission for promoting for the company here? Hmph...

Back!

Hey guys! Pre-AS is over and I'm now back in Miri. It was a last minute decision to fly back but, I'm really thankful that almost all my classes are canceled next week so, we earned ourselves a 1-week holiday!

Now, I'm lazing around at home, playing Rubik's cube, watching TV and going online. Like what ppl always say, "There is no place like home".

Btw, I'll be at the PC Fair this Friday selling Dell and Toshiba laptops. Whoever are interested in laptops, do come to Miri Indoor Stadium and find me! I'll be there on the 1st day of PC Fair (17th April, Friday), 11am-9pm. My sister, Lynn Xuan, will be there on 2nd and 3rd day (Sat & Sun). So, anyone planning to go on any of those days, you are free to find her. Do come and have a look at the laptops! You can further contact me through this blog before the PC Fair if you're interested.

One of my friends described Dell as the sexiest laptop!

Toshiba laptops, anyone?

I'm very excited about it and looking forward to seeing you guys there!

10 Years of Effort...

Have you ever heard of someone who had waited for 10 years just to release a RM20 album? I had...

Ning Jie and I went to watch this mini concert by a singer, Tong Xin, at Bintang Plaza. You all might not know her because she is just a local singer (I think...) in Malaysia. But, what many didn't know is that she was one of those who acted in the NTV7 drama series: Where The Heart Is.

Where The Heart Is...

After realising who she is from the advertisement banner, I was kind of curious and wanted to go and have a look at her. And not forgetting, to hear her voice too. So, we just went there without thinking much.

Tong Xin and the host of the day :)

Well, the place was obviously not crowded! There were some people there but, wasn't very crowded compared to some of the previous mini concerts. The overall view was OK. Tong Xin did a good job and her voice is indeed nice and sweet. Although the situation was kind of harsh towards her because there were not many people there to support her, she was still able to put a sweet smile on her face.

Her clothes are a bit weird but, her voice is sweet...

It was at that time too that the host mentioned that Tong Xin waited for 10 years just to release her first Mandarin album. Honestly, Ning Jie and I were touched and impressed by her effort so, we bought her album to give it a try.

Autographs session!

There is no way I'm not taking a picture with her as a souvenir! Haha...

So, for those who have not heard of her yet, do feel free to listen to her songs. I guess you all wouldn't mind showing some support towards her right? Haha...

The poster and CD...

P/s: The pronounciation of her Chinese name is Tong Xin but, I am not very sure how to write the pinyin so, apologies for that! :)

We Are One Big Family

I went to one of the most interesting and fun gatherings just now which was the Miri Online Community Gathering at Halo Cafe with ErJie, Ning Jie, Ah Ning and Christine. Had lots of FUN! I had never been so excited and nervous since a long time ago. In fact, this is even better than some of those events and dinners I had gone to. I really enjoyed myself. :)

Us eating.. ^_^

We went there at around 6.00pm and met up with Christine. Had dinner and talked about lots of things before the activities started. Firstly, we had to introduce ourselves. I was quite nervous because it was so random. Fortunately, I was one of those who didn't go up. Phew! But, Ah Ning had to go up there when a guy chose her! But, she managed to finish her introduction. Haha...
Then, we had this Q & A game on Miri City. I managed to answer one question which was: What is the tallest building in Miri? I wanted to answer Yu Lan Plaza but... Ning Jie friend, Aaron, told us that it was Imperial Mall and Court so, I answered what he told me and I got it right! Bingo! I got RM50 from Advertlets and RM10 voucher from Halo Cafe. Really, really happy! So, a BIG THANK YOU to him for telling me the answer. Hehe... Plus, we also won the lucky draw. We got Victor Lee's album! Well, quite a lot of them don't know who is that except me. He was one of the Malaysian Idol finalist. He was one of the contenders whom I supported before he was out from the competition.

It's me receiving my voucher :) (I have no idea why I did that peace sign..)

Talking about luck, Christine was the luckiest girl there! She won RM300 from Advertlets! Such a blessed girl! I guess that would be a great birthday present for her. :) Plus, we had great fun cheering for her as she compete for the first place.

Christine trying to beat the guy who is more than twice her age!

After the whole thing, we went to approach Josh Lim to take a picture with him. Didn't want to miss this great opportunity. ^_^ A really BIG THANK YOU to Uchu Keling for organising this great gathering and Advertlets and Halo Cafe for sponsoring. Really hope for more of this in the near future...

With the other bloggers...

A picture with Josh Lim :)

P/s: Well, ErJie was the one who asked me to go. So, a really BIG THANK YOU to her for introducing this wonderful event to me. ^_^
