Gleek!

My current favourite show – GLEE.

Thanks to my college juniors and friends, I’m officially a Gleek. But, I think it’s a good show for me coz’ I get to know more English songs since I don’t really like listening to them nowadays.

Well, the characters don’t really set good examples but, what I’m looking forward to every episodes are the songs and their performances. That’s what I like about Glee.

Although he’s gay in Glee (I think in real life too(?) according to Wikipedia), I like his singing especially Defying Gravity!   

Miss No Good

I've been watching this really funny drama: Miss No Good by Rainie Yang and Wilber Pan.


When Lynna downloaded the first episode, I was thinking, "What a lame drama!". Then, after recommended by my sister's housemate, Sing Ean, I decided to give it a try. The lame drama actually turned out to be super nice and funny! I enjoyed a lot when I watched it. Rainie Yang did a very good job on her 'weird' role. Besides, it's Wilber Pan's first time acting and I must really admit that he had done a really good job! Although he had loads of NGs, I think he really performed well.

So, what are you all waiting for? Huhu!

Lavender

I'm starting to like lavender flower. It is not only beautiful, but also carries a beautiful definition: The promise of love. Well... It's not really the definition but, this is what I had interpreted from the Taiwanese drama, Lavender (2002).


I had watched this drama years ago on TV but, I didn't watch it regularly. Only managed to watch the last few episodes. So, recently, the urge to re-watch this drama pop-ed out. Since I was still on my looooonngg holidays, I decided to re-watch the whole drama using YouTube.


Thank God that the drama only has 15 episodes. Otherwise, I would have to spend hours loading the videos on YouTube. It was really fresh re-watching this drama as I had no idea what the actors and actresses were talking about when I first watched it. At last I get to understand what they were saying as there were subtitles provided. Btw, did I mention that I always have to depend on the subtitles whenever I watch TV? Haha!


The drama, Lavender, is truly touching. There were a lot of different kinds of feelings when I was watching it. And guess what? I really think this drama is very successful because it managed to influence my feelings and mood after watching it. Highly recommended for those emo people! Haha...


But, seriously, although this is quite an old drama, I will still recommend it to you all because this is really a nice drama. It's worth it! Even the OST songs are sweet and nice! So, do give it a try whenever you all are free. Don't hesistate! ;)

Dreams Link

I recently got caught up by this romantic, Chinese drama called Dreams Link [又见一帘幽梦] . The reason I started watching it at first was because I was kind of bored and had nothing to do at night! Then, I started to fall in love with the plot and couldn't stop watching it! This drama is actually a remake of the popular Qiong Yao's story: 一帘幽梦.


Synopsis from DramaWiki:

Zi Ling is a dreamer who has always been overshadowed by her perfect older sister Lu Ping. For a long time, she's secretly been in love with Chu Lian, who also happens to be Lu Ping's boyfriend. Lu Ping is busy with her own dream of becoming a successful professional dancer and has little time for Chu Lian. Conflict arises when Chu Lian realizes that the one he truly loves is Zi Ling. An unfortunate accident forces a guilt-ridden Chu Lian to enter an unhappy marriage with Lu Ping, but he is unable to forget Zi Ling. Fei Yun Fan is a mysterious, wealthy, and much older man who loves Zi Ling with all his heart. Hoping to move on with her life, Zi Ling gradually reciprocates Fei Yun Fan's affection.

Sounds kind of complex right? It is... There are going to be conflicts in the middle of the story. However, you will definitely find yourselves touched by the happy moments both Zi Ling and Yun Fan had in Provence. Love that part the most! ^_^ The happy moments might be quite unrealistic but it won't stop you to enjoy the story to the fullest! Btw, the scenes shot for the drama are all scenic and nice especially those from France.


Not only did the story touched my heart, the theme songs were indeed sweet and nice. I could even remember the lyrics for one of the songs: 这种感觉就是爱. Surprising isn't it? Hehe... The song 梦女孩 is also one of my favourites!

Well, to be honest, this is not really the first China drama that I had watched but, it is my most favourite one! So, don't hesitate to watch it if you can. You can try to search for it at YouTube or at the local video shops. Please let me know what you guys think about the drama after you guys have watched it. ^_^

十分笑容 Trailer

I can't wait to watch this drama. Can't wait to see LYZ's performance! I know I am going to love it and I really hope that I wouldn't miss any of its episodes. Btw, I really love LYZ's song called: 十分颜色. It is really unique and sweet. I like most of LYZ's songs btw. :) I cannot help humming the tune all the time now! Really hope I can get the song soon.

I have never been this excited about a series or drama for a long time! Now, there is a new Astro AEC series coming up call : 十分笑容 <<Sourire Pour Moi>>.



Guess what? LYZ is in it! Together with JoJo (E News Astro) and Crystal (ATQ 07') too. I am sooooo excited! I knew about this about a month ago from a chinese newspaper. Then, I saw the commercial last night. I can't wait to watch it! Yeah yeah.. This will be one of my favourite series!


I went on astro.com and search for it. Then, I found the info about it. Too bad all of them are in chinese! My sister didn't even want to translate them for me so, I went to seek for my translator and got this:
